Situated on the edge of town and within a 2 minute walk of the 'Birks o' Aberfeldy', Balnearn House is a Victorian style property set within its own private grounds, making it the ideal getaway. 

There are nine comfortable and inviting rooms, offering the facilities that you would expect as well as free WIFI access. Enjoy a good book, game of chess or plan your next day activities in front of the log fire in the spacious sitting room. Breakfasts are freshly prepared and served in our elegant dining room where you will be offered a selection of both cooked and lighter options, including our homemade granola or freshly prepared pancakes, giving you the perfect start to your day. 

No matter the reason for your visit, be it outdoor pursuits, a family reunion or a romantic getaway our attention to detail and commitment to our guests is sure to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. We allow Pets in our Suite. Please contact us for details.
