Two national cycle routes pass through Highland Perthshire

Sustrans Routes 7 and 77 both pass through Highland Perthshire - check out the routes on the map in the Gallery tab, or follow the links below. We've placed the marker on the map at the point where these two routes meet.

Got a short journey to take, why not cycle?

 Dunkeld to Ballinluig:

1 hour, 8.5 miles, 320 calories

Follow the cycle route 83 past the Hilton entrance and over the hill past the sawmill.  Turn right immediately before the A9 to get onto the cycle path.  Continue following the marked route into Ballinluig (or beyond).

Aberfeldy to Grandtully:

main road - 30 mins, 5 miles, 130 calories

quieter route - 40 mins, 6 miles, 170 calories

Take the main road all the way into Grandtully or use the cycle route 7, crossing the bridge towards Weem, turn right and continue through Edradynate onto Strathtay and turn right, downhill into Grandtully (or beyond).
