Breathtaking views of Kenmore and Loch Tay

The variety of trees, beech, birch and larch, at the start of this route offers a pleasant distraction as you zigzag up the easy gradient on this forest road. The steepness levels off as you turn westwards though denser conifers towards the Black Rock viewpoint. At the viewpoint, enjoy a bird's-eye view of the pretty conservation village of Kenmore, at the end of Loch Tay.

On this path look out for the multitude of wildlife – capercaillies, red squirrels, pine marten, all live in here and you may even be lucky enough to see buzzards hovering on a foraging trip.
