The Hot Box is a new lochside sauna located on the shores of Loch Tay.

The sauna Fired by a giant crackling wood burner, lined in aspen and with panoramic windows stretching 40′ along it’s length, its the perfect place to relax whilst you take in the magnificent views across the Loch & hill ground beyond.

You can relax in the fully tiled steam room and let the stresses and strains of every day life melt away, then chill out in the Hydro Pool, large enough for 30 people, The perfect place to unwind with a glass of beer or bubbly.

To enjoy the benefits of these fabulous amenities you must immerse yourself in the act of hydrotherapy, or Hot then Cold in Lehman’s terms. To do this there are 3 different options, we have cold water dunk buckets, an inbuilt cold water shower in the steam room, and the piste de resistance, a slide which takes you directly into the water of Lochtay.

As if all this wasn’t enough, the Outdoor fire pit and covered seating area give plenty of options for retiring and reflecting after your rejuvenation.
