Take a seat in his Chocolate Lounge as Iain Burnett’s recording gives you a personally guided tasting with a flight of gourmet chocolates. Taste at your own pace, as Iain shares insights into the differing flavours, ingredients and textures of his creations.  In the walking tour of the chocolate exhibition Iain Burnett’s recording gives you a glimpse into the art of a Master Chocolatier, the processes to create great chocolate from the tree to the kitchen, and the difference between true artisan gourmet chocolate and others.

The Chocolate Lounge
The Chocolate Lounge offers a menu for chocolate connoisseurs and casual enthusiasts! You will experience Iain's award-winning chocolate in many forms, including a range of hot chocolates and cafe mochas made with Iain's pure truffle ganache. Try chocolates from across Iain's full range, or dive in to a guided Chocolate Tasting Flight. Desserts and cakes, fresh coffee and loose-leaf teas paired with chocolates, and a few savoury bites will complete your journey to chocolate heaven. There are treats on offer for allergy sufferers including gluten free, dairy free and vegan. The Chocolate Lounge has indoor and outdoor seating with access to free Wi-Fi.
