A family run Deli and Farmshop located within a scenic hill-farm. Part of Errichel, Thyme Deli adjoins Thyme Bistro.

In August 2020, Errichel launched Thyme Delicatessen, a shopping experience occupying the farmhouse's oak-beamed former kitchen. Products offered include local produce, including chef-patron Paul's own range of foods, as well as international staples. Chef-patron Paul also produces a range of foods, including home-reared biltong and pastrami, and award-winning pickles, preserves, and chutneys. Meat from Errichel’s own ethically reared livestock including Shetland Cattle and Large Black Pigs is sold in the Deli.

Also highly popular (especially with those staying locally in self-catering accommodation) are Paul’s homemade prepared meals. With exceptional ingredients and tastes compared to their supermarket counterparts, these are a no-compromise treat. A variety of cuisines are catered for, including mediteranean staples such as lasagne using Errichel’s own Shetland Beef, and oriental dishes like rare-breed Sweet and Sour Pork. Vegetarian dishes like Veggie Singapore Noodles are another speciality.

Key to the Deli’s offering are the Cheese, Deli and Meat counters, where customers can order their favourite staples, and discover new favourites from a fabulous range that encompasses the best produce from Scotland and farther afield.

With a delicious range of foodie treats on offer, hampers have become a speciality, especially around the festive period. A range of hampers is advertised online, and those shopping in person are able to select the contents of their own hamper if desired.
