Croftgarrow Steading

Rated an outstanding 5 stars by Visit Scotland, Croftgarrow Steading is a beautiful two-bedroom property, with a large private garden and hot tub. Built to the highest standards, it forms part of a pretty farm conversion in rural Perthshire and enjoys uninterrupted views to the surrounding valleys and hills.

Sleeping arrangements: one double bedroom with king size bed, one twin room

Interior layout: the house consists of one double bedroom with king size bed and one twin bedroom, each with a large luxurious bathroom including double shower, double-ended bath, with underfloor heating, heated mirror and towel rail.

The rest of the property is then taken up with the main living space: a vast open-plan area containing the beautiful burr oak and granite farmhouse kitchen, dining space and plenty of seating areas. A large wood burning stove forms the centre piece to this space and double glass doors to the south and west lead out to the private garden with a hot tub, via a lovely furnished verandah. The back drop to the garden is open fields and hills with wonderful views wherever you look. The garden is visited by many birds and a family of red squirrels can often be seen burying nuts all over the garden!

The house has a wonderful ambient warmth from the underfloor heating throughout, and with the exception of one bathroom, each room has BOSE surround sound, as does the verandah

For entertainment there is Wifi, Sky Sports and Movies, BOSE DVD and CD player, and a Nintendo Wii. There are Wii games, CDs, DVDs and plenty of books and games also at the property.

Exterior: Croftgarrow Steading fronts onto a pretty courtyard which it shares with 3 other properties. The rear of the property which contains the main living area, faces onto the large private garden with verandah and hot tub.

Facilities: Dishwasher, Tumble drier, Fridge/freezer, Oven, Microwave, Linen provided, Bath towels and robes provided, Bedding provided, Travel cot, Hair Dryer, High chair, Iron / ironing Board, Washer/Dryer, iPod docking station, BBQ, Garden dining furniture, Designated / private parking, Personal meet & greet available, Wood burning stove, En-suite bedroom(s), Bathroom(s)
